4 now face charges in Kettering homicide case

Two additional people are facing charges for the shooting death of a man on East Coach Drive earlier this year.

Terrence Bogan Jr. and Deverono Somerset were indicted on 18 counts each for the shooting death of Mitchel Maxwell Miller.

Four people now are charged in the case.

Miller, 28, of Kettering was shot and killed on Sept. 19 when masked intruders forced their way into a condominium in the 5600 block of East Coach Drive.

Bogan and Somerset were each indicted on six counts of murder, three counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of aggravated burglary, three counts of felonious assault and three counts of kidnapping. They have warrants out for their arrests.

Dylan Dugan was previously indicted on the same charges back in November.

The fourth suspect, Marcus J. Thomas-Casey, was charged earlier this month with involuntary manslaughter, aggravated robbery and kidnapping through a bill of information, court records show.

Dugan and Thomas-Casey remained in the Montgomery County Jail Monday afternoon.
