Officials search for driver that reportedly bailed in Greene County crash

Crews were dispatched to the 1300 block around 1:45 a.m. on reports of a vehicle on its top, per initial reports.

No occupants were in the vehicle following the crash, however, a person was reportedly seen running into a wooded area near the crash.

Officials were reportedly unsuccessful in locating the driver of the vehicle.

Initial reports indicate a K-9 unit was requested to assist with the search.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office assisted crews with the incident as well, according to officials.
