"It's going to create a big icicle and that could create damage, or there have been cases where it could be fatal if it hits somebody," said Doug Hatcher, Moraine Fire Department fire inspector. "If you do have a lot of icicles and you can't reach them, you want to mark that area of if it's around a sidewalk or door or somewhere like that."
