Ohio House honors NAACP leader

The Ohio House of Representatives honored Derrick L. Foward, President of the Dayton Unit NAACP and 3rd Vice President for the State of Ohio, with a resolution for being the recipient of the NAACP National Rupert Richardson Memorial Leadership Award. The resolution was sponsored by Rep.Fred Strahorn and Rep. Roland Winburn and presented to Foward on May 7. STAFF REPORT
