In her first Letter to Airmen, Secretary of the Air Force Barbara M. Barrett called the core values part of Airmen’s DNA. PACE enables units across the Air Force to cultivate an environment of excellence by fostering a culture based on the core values.
“Our transition to Air University means commanders and leaders can go to one location for a full range of leadership development opportunities,” Guill said. “As we integrate into the university, PACE will be able to enhance and expand curriculum that seamlessly ties into an Airman’s career.”
Founded in March 2015, PACE serves as the Air Force's champion for strengthening Air Force culture by inspiring and developing every Airman to live the core values. PACE provides all Airmen with tools, videos and resources online at www.airman.af.mil. You can also follow PACE on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as the Air University app.
