Parade, costume judging set for Oct. 24

The city of Fairborn’s annual Spooktacular Parade and Costume Judging is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 24.

The costume judging is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Fairborn YMCA, 300 S. Central Avenue. The event is free and no pre-registration is required. Costume judging categories include age categories from birth through adult, family, animal, overall cutest, overall scariest and most original.

The parade will start at 7:30 p.m. The parade proceeds from the Fairborn YMCA down Central to Main Street, and ends in front of the downtown festival stage.
