He said the origin of the fire was inside a detailing shop on the property, but there could be several possible causes. Nothing has been ruled out but the blaze is not suspicious, Adams said.
Damages were estimated at $750,000.

Four cars and one motorcycle were destroyed in a fire at the Paul Sherry auto dealership on County Road 25-A in Piqua Wednesday night.
Two cars were destroyed by the fire, and two cars and the motorcycle were destroyed due to the soot. None of the cars were customer cars; they all were owned by the dealership.
The fire was reported in the service department about 9:15 p.m.
The Piqua Fire Department and the state fire marshal’s office are investigating to determine a cause and a damage estimate.
Paul Sherry is open for business today despite the damage from the fire.
No injuries were reported.
