Griffin pleaded not guilty in Miami County Common Pleas Court, where a pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 23. Assistant Prosecutor Janna Parker opposed his release on a recognizance bond, citing the nature of the offenses alleged.
Bail was set at $15,000 cash or surety by Judge Christopher Gee.
