The gunshot victim was taken to Miami Valley Hospital, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center. His name and condition were not available.

Police detained one person, but it was not clear whether that person was a witness or had any involvement, the dispatch center said.
The shooter was described as a man with long black hair wearing a long black T-shirt last seen heading away from Delaware Avenue.
