The exercise will take place in Union County Co-op and will include fire departments and Emergency Management from both counties, hazardous materials response teams from Richmond Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services from Richmond Fire, Reid Health and Redline.
Vantage Point Consulting, a business that assists in emergency training for companies, planned the exercise and will conduct it.
