All lanes on I-71 north have reopened and the scene has been cleared. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has not identified the person killed in the crash.

One person was killed in the crash, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, which did not release any other details. All lanes on I-71 north remain closed.

The OSP is now reporting the incident as a two-vehicle crash involving a car and a semitrailer, and all northbound lanes of I-71 have been shut down.
INITIAL REPORT (April 30)
Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol are responding to report that a pedestrian has been hit by a semitrailer on I-71 North at state Route 123 in Lebanon.
We're hearing the victim was dressed in all black clothing and suffered head injuries when struck about 1:30 a.m. at the turnaround connecting the interstate and 123.
We’re also hearing the interstate has been shut down until further notice.
