Rosewood offers fall art classes

KETTERING — Registrations are now being taken for a wide variety of Rosewood Arts Centre classes that begin from September through November.

Offerings for youth include dance, clay, music, homeschool art, drawing, printmaking and theater.

Classes for adults include painting, drawing, photography, jewelry making, pottery, polymer clay, enameling, stained glass, lampwork beadmaking, dance, flower arranging, theater, creative writing, self-publishing, Spanish, Italian, French and American Sign Language.

Within the painting and drawing segment are numerous classes in watercolor, acrylic painting, oil painting, perspective drawing and more, taught by a variety of experienced artists.

Dance classes include sessions in ballet, jazz, tap and belly dancing, with courses beginning in September, October and November.

Photography classes include evening courses such as basic photo workshop, basic portrait photography and darkroom basics. There also are classes on Photoshop software that range from basic manipulation to creative experimentation.
