Senior housing development proposed in Miamisburg

A 119-unit senior housing development is being proposed in Miamisburg.

The plan is part of a rezoning request for 7.7 acres of Maue Road property set to go before Miamisburg City Council on Tuesday night, city records show.

The request that would result in the Clover Maue Road Senior Housing Development involves two parcels and is set to be reviewed by the city’s planning commission, according to records.
