Shaker Run plan would add 120 condos

The Warren County Regional Planning Commission Executive Committee on Thursday is to consider a plan for 120 condominium units between golf course holes in the northeastern area of the Shaker Run development, 1320 Golf Course Dr.

The condos would be built on 15 acres of the 764.7-acre site near single-family homes and would increase the maximum number of dwellings from 1,200 to 1,320. The condos would be similar to existing condos on the western side of the property.

The committee is also to hear an update on a preliminary plan for the Crosscreek development in Deerfield Township. The committee meets on April 28 at 1 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the county administration building, 406 Justice Dr. in Lebanon. For more information, call 513-695-1224.
