Officers responded to Miami Valley Hospital around 6:45 p.m. Saturday after the victim was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, according to dispatch records.
The victim, identified as Lensie Wiggins Jr., 37, of Dayton, died shortly after he arrived at the hospital, according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
Additional details about the investigation were not immediately available.
