Sitcom star in Dayton today

An Emmy award-winning actress will be in Dayton today, Monday, Sept. 26.  

Debra Messing, the star of ABC's "Will and Grace," will speak during a 2 p.m. Dayton Women for Hillary event at 6215 Autumn Meadows Drive, Dayton. 

Messing is set to appear in ABC's remake of "Dirty Dancing." She will also speak for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton today and tomorrow at events in Cincinnati and Columbus. Click here to RSVP for the Dayton event. 

Will and Grace is widely seen in syndication.

Cast members from  The West Wing were in Dayton for Clinton Saturday, as was actress America Ferrera. 

Clinton is set to debate her Republican rival Donald Trump tonight at 9 p.m.
