Crashes on slick roads slowing traffic throughout region

Slick roads are believed to be a factor in crashes occurring throughout the region Monday as snow and temperatures continued to fall into the late afternoon.

Here’s a sampling:

About 5:35 p.m., at North Breiel Boulevard and Rosedale Road in Middletown, a vehicle ended up on its side and its passengers still inside after a crash.

About 5:15 p.m., on north and south I-75 in the area of the state Route 122 (Middletown) exit, at least two vehicle accidents were reported. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched.

About 3 p.m., on U.S. 35 near North James H. McGee Boulevard in Dayton, a single-vehicle rollover was reported.
