According to Springfield police, Robinson’s accuser said he called her after the incident saying he left his cell phone at the location of the alleged rape. When she found the phone she also found a video he had taken of him sexually assaulting her while she was passed out.
She then contacted police and reported the rape. Police are in possession of the phone. Robinson has reportedly admitted to police that he made the video, but maintains that she consented.
