Brandon Adkins was cleared of his escape charge, Cody Eichhorn does not have an escape charge listed and Jessie Childers was not formally charged, the records show.

The third inmate who escaped from a Dayton correctional facility Sunday is now in custody.
Jessie Childers was booked into the Montgomery County Jail around 6:25 a.m. on New Year’s Day on a preliminary charge of escape, according to the Miami Valley Jails website.
INITIAL REPORT (Dec. 31, 2018):
The director of the MonDay Community Correctional Institution said an internal investigation is being conducted after three inmates escaped the facility Sunday night.
“We are conducting an internal investigation to determine the cause of the escape and once concluded we will take the appropriate security measures to remedy the situation to prevent a future occurrence.” Director Mike Flannery said in a statement.
Two of the three inmates who escaped the MonDay Community Correctional Institution have been captured, according to a Dayton police report.
Cody Eichhorn and Brandon Adkins were each booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a preliminary charge of escape, records show.
Police are still searching for Jessie Childers, 24.
The inmates escaped around 8:15 p.m. from the facility at 1951 S. Gettysburg Ave.
Eichorn and Adkins were arrested following a traffic stop on Farmersville West Carrollton Road, records show.
The MonDay Community Correctional Institution is an Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction residential treatment program to divert drug abusers and other lower-level felony offenders from regular prison.
