Two accidents on Interstate 75 near Franklin

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers are responding to two accidents on northbound Interstate 75 in Franklin.

Both are single-vehicle crashes with the first involving a tractor trailer blocking the right two lanes of the highway north the Ohio 123 exit, according to an OSHP dispatcher.

They cannot open the right lane because of debris in the roadway, according to emergency communication reports. A tow truck is on the scene.

The second accident is just south of the Ohio 123 exit also on northbound I-75, involving an SUV striking a barrier. No injuries are being reported in either crash this morning.

Police cautioned motorists that traffic might be moving slowly in that area until the scenes are cleaned up.

Another accident with injuries was reported shortly after 7:45 a.m. today on Princeton-Glendale road, according to emergency communication reports.

Traffic is stop-and-go between Cincinnati-Dayton Road and Union Centre Boulevard on Southbound I-75 in Butler County, and continues to be slow to Interstate 275 in West Chester Twp.
