The crash was reported around 2:30 p.m.
A utility pole was snapped in the crash and police blocked the roads in the area.
Ohio Edison turned off the power and removed the power line from the vehicle.
The woman who was trapped was transported to the hospital to be checked out.
There were no other injuries.
