Members of households with incomes within 300 percent of federal poverty guidelines may qualify for Vectren’s Project TEEM (Teaching Energy Efficiency Measures), which pays for energy efficiency improvements to homes of eligible consumers at no cost to them.
Beginning on Oct. 18, residents of low-income households may call the Community Action Partnership of Dayton at (937) 341-5000 or the Ohio Department of Development at 1-800-282-0880 to inquire about payment assistance programs for utility bills.
