A bicyclist crashed into the back of a parked car Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, on Kammer Avenue in Dayton.

UPDATE @ 8:57 p.m.: The bicyclist who crashed into the back of a parked car on Kammer Avenue this afternoon was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

After the crash, the female bicyclist was able to walk around, then suddenly collapsed, Dayton police said.

It is unclear if the accident was medically related.

FIRST REPORT: A bicyclist was injured this afternoon after running into the back of a parked car.

The bicycle rider, a woman between 50 and 60, was taken to a local hospital, and Dayton police were waiting at the crash scene on Kammer Avenue to hear word on her condition.

According to initial reports, the woman was having breathing troubles.
