- Debbie Watts-Robinson: CEO, Miami Valley Housing Opportunities
- Nan Whaley: Mayor, City of Dayton
The Lifetime Achievement award is presented to an individual who has been very involved with the YWCA over the years, or has demonstrated lifelong support of the YWCA mission. The 2016 Lifetime Achievement honoree is Alyce Downing Lucas: Social Activist, Champion of the Equality and Advocate for the Under-privileged.

The YWCA Dayton Women of Influence have a legacy of outstanding community service, social justice, advocacy and philanthropy. The 2016 class of Women of Influence is no exception and I am honored to welcome them to the YWCA Dayton Women of Influence.”
The annual Women of Influence Awards Luncheon will be on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dayton Convention Center.
The Women of Influence Luncheon serves as the largest annual fundraiser for the YWCA Dayton.
