New Red Robin Gourmet Burgers to open Oct. 26

The region’s newest Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brews restaurant will open Oct. 26 at 6404 Miller Lane just west of Interstate 75 and Benchwood Road, Red Robin officials said today, Oct. 14.

The 4,800-square-foot restaurant seats about 148, and will open with 105 employees. The new restaurant is a prototype for what Red Robin officials call its “brand transformation initiative.” It was built adjacent to a LongHorn Steakhouse that opened last year just south of Benchwood Road.

Red Robin specializes in burgers, beers and unlimited fries. The restaurant will have dining areas that cater to families, while the bar area will be for adult 21 and older. It will also offer tabletop tablet computers that allow customers to pay for meals at their leisure, quickly order appetizers or drink refills, and gain access to interactive games.

Colorado-based Red Robin operates more than 500 Red Robin restaurants across the U.S. and Canada, including a location on Fairfield Commons Boulevard in Beavercreek. For more information, go to www.redrobin.com.
