Dattilo was last seen on July 6th, 2004. She was studying at Indiana University at the time of her disappearance.
"She was the youngest of nine, she was a Mama's girl, she was a good girl, and she wanted to make a difference in this world and she was a generous person," said Molly's counsin Keri Dattilo Monday.
The family is asking anyone with information to come forward. A $100,000 reward is being offered in the case.
