The Gateway at Ohio State University was first developed in 2005 in an effort to revitalize the neighborhoods surround the university. It has grown into a 7.5 acre mixed-use project with more than 225,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and restaurants, in addition to 184 apartments and office space, according to Steiner’s website.
