Patchy, dense fog this morning, then sunny and warm later; Rain, storms expected tomorrow

We will start out with some areas of patchy to dense fog before 8 a.m., with the northern Miami Valley experiencing fog until approximately 10 a.m. It’s likely to clear out for mostly sunny skies later today, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Temperatures will be warm, with a high around 79 degrees, falling to around 60 degrees overnight.

Tomorrow, clouds and rain chances will quickly rise starting in the early morning, with showers becoming likely mid-afternoon. We will also see a chance of storms in the afternoon, also peaking around mid-afternoon and staying high until dark.

Rain and storm chances will linger after night falls, with chances dropping shortly after sundown and dwindling in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Otherwise, temperatures will again reach up to around 79 degrees during the day, though low temperatures will dip much further down to around 47 degrees.

Saturday will be much cooler and partly sunny, with a high near 57 degrees. Saturday night will be mostly cloudy, with temperatures again falling into the 40s for a low of around 45 degrees.
