7 places to grab a bite if you’re near Cornerstone of Centerville

If you’re shopping, hosting or just want to visit Cornerstone of Centerville, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Many are chain restaurants, but the growing development offers some new, less established eateries and is close to a few top local hotspots.

Here are seven places to try while you’re out and about around Cornerstone of Centerville:

1. CoreLife Eatery: 5201 Cornerstone North Blvd., Centerville 

For a quick bite, try this new eatery, which focuses on flavorful but healthy food options. Here, they serve custom to order salads, grain bowls or broth bowls.

2. Tokyo Sushi & Grill, 4431 Feedwire Rd., Sugarcreek Twp.

Right in front of the Target and Home Depot shopping center sits a highly rated Japanese restaurant. You’ll find reasonably priced sushi with a wide range of options, and for those who prefer their fish cooked, they offer hibachi meals made in the back of the restaurant.

3. Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen: 5341 Cornerstone North Blvd., Centerville

There are only three Cheddar’s locations in all of Ohio, and one is located right in the Cornerstone of Centerville development. Cheddar’s brings American comfort food with a Texas twist, all made from scratch.

4. Bagger Dave’s: 5299 Cornerstone North Blvd., Centerville

This Michigan-based casual tavern is new to Ohio with another location also recently opening in West Chester, and it’s another option right around all your shopping needs. Bagger Dave’s serves creative burgers and sides, plus craft beer, wine and cocktails.

5. Gyro Delight, 6008 Wilmington Pike, Sugarcreek Twp.

Just down Wilmington Pike, on the other side of Interstate 675, is a spot for fresh gyros, falafels, kababs and more. It’s a small dine-in or carry-out option, and the platters and sandwiches include meat and veggies.

6. Eudora, 4716 Wilmington Pike, Kettering

If you’re really looking to entertain, head about a mile up Wilmington Pike to this local brewery. Sample creations from the local food trucks parked outside and bring your meal in to the tap room, where you will find a variety of flavorful beers, ales and lagers. You can even brew your own beer here if you schedule in advance to stop by on the weekends at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
