A railroad project is set to cause a pair of West Carrollton roads to close this week.
The railroad tie replacement project by CSX Railroad Co. will require the closure of Farmersville-West Carrollton and Upper River roads, according to the city.

Farmersville-West Carrollton Road which handles about 6,000 vehicles a day at that intersection just is west of the Great Miami River.
Traffic detour signs will be posted at the site and the project is expected to last two to three days, according to the city.
The project is weather dependent, as it was last December before it was cancelled.
