Officers said they spotted Hypes leaving a suspected drug house and tried stop her. They said a short time later, Hypes crashed her van into some bushed at the intersection of Burnett and Crabill roads.
On Friday morning, Hypes pleaded not guilty to several charges, including failure to comply, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.
She is in the Clark County Jail on a $26,000 bond.
