According to the Springfield Police Web Site, Kahlee Allen Beard, 23 was wanted in connection with a felonious assault case and was considered armed and dangerous.
NewsCenter 7 had the only camera there when Beard and Carlos Ragland, also on the most-wanted list, was cuffed and taken away.
He was wanted in connection with drug abuse and falsification.
An off-duty police officer spotted both men at the mall. A quick call produced a small army of uniformed officers, police said.
Police would not comment on the arrests, but promptly updated their Web site to show that the two men have been captured.
Both suspects are in the Clark County Jail.
