According to deputies in Hamilton County, Kroeger threatened bank tellers with a bomb. They said no bomb was found.
Later that day, investigators said a Butler Township officer spotted a suspicious car at the Motel 6 on Miller Lane. Police said they ran the car’s license plates and discovered that there was a warrant out for the owner of the car.
Authorities said the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the tri-state area will look at Kroeger as a possible suspect in other unsolved bank robberies, where bomb threats were made.
