Police said it appears that the man walked into the store around 2 a.m. and apparently tried to walk out with two 19-inch high-definition televisions without paying for them.
Some workers noticed what the man was doing and tried to stop him. Officers said a female employee suffered minor injuries during a brief confrontation with the man.
Employees told police that they did manage to get one of the televisions back from the man. However, he left the store with the other into a waiting vehicle.
Police said it appears that a woman was waiting for the man as he left the store.
The thief is a light-skinned black male in his 20s. They said he has a distinctive grapevine tattoo on his neck.
Police said the man got into a 1998 Plymouth minivan with the license plate EDD5717.
