Officers chased them, but they say the two suspects never really exceeded the speed limit, however, when they did stop, officers say the men tried running.

Aaron Evans of West Milton had to be maced by a Troy Police officer and further subdued by the electrical shock put out by a Taser gun in the hands of a State Highway Patrol trooper.
Evans was removed to Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney to be checked over and later released, and booked into the county jail.
He faces a variety of charges to include drunk driving, fleeing and resisting arrest.
The passenger, Willard Higgins of Troy was also locked up in jail on charges to include obstructing official business, and resisting arrest.
