Witnesses wanted in Tipp City parking lot robbery

Police in Tipp City are looking for witnesses to a robbery Sunday at noon in the parking lot of the Frisch's Big Boy Restaurant on Weller Drive.

A customer was approached and robbed by a white male wearing a black hoodie up over his head. The suspect fled on foot with the victim's billfold.

Anyone who may have witnessed the robbery is asked to call Detective Sgt. Chris Graham at Tipp City Police Department at (937) 667-3112.

A similar robbery happened about 30 minutes earlier in the parking lot of  WalMart off Miller Lane in Butler Township in Montgomery County.
