Woman suffers smoke inhalation from burnt food

A woman in the Dayton Towers Apartment complex suffered minor smoke inhalation and was transported to a local hospital following a call for smoke in the building, firefighters said.

Firefighters received a call for smoke on the fourth floor of the multi-apartment building on Dayton Towers Drive. Upon arrival crews discovered burning food in an apartment and smoke from the burnt food traveled into the hallway.
