Figlio Wood-Fired Pizza in Kettering will honor Bourdain, who died just over a year ago, by preparing a mushroom soup inspired by one of his very first published recipes in the Les Halles cookbook.

The recipe appears in his first cookbook from the New York City Bistro, where Bourdain got his start. Figlio has added its own touch to the recipe.
