RaHeim Moss scored 20 points and unbeaten and visiting Springfield pulled away in the second half to defeat Northmont 71-49 in a boys high school basketball game on Friday night, Dec. 22.
The top-ranked Wildcats improved to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the GWOC National East. It was the third straight loss for Northmont (3-5). The Thunderbolts are 1-4 in the GWOC National West. Games within the same GWOC conference count toward divisional standings.
Northmont is at Butler (6-1) on Tuesday and Springfield is at Cincinnati Aiken on Wednesday.
