Bengals set to open training camp July 31

The Cincinnati Bengals will begin their quest for a fifth straight playoff appearance with the opening of training camp July 31.

All practices are free and open to the public. This year’s camp includes joint practices with the New York Giants (Aug. 11-12), as well as Family Day (Aug. 8) inside Paul Brown Stadium.

Family Day will give fans their first look at new scoreboards and concession stands inside PBS. There also will be child-friendly activities — inflatables, face painting, balloon artists, pictures with team mascot Who Dey and an NFL Play 60 activity zone.

The Bengals and Giants open the preseason Aug. 14 at PBS.

Other than Family Day, the Bengals will practice on the grass field west of PBS. There is bleacher seating for 1,250 fans and addition standing room along the sidelines. All practices will last approximately 90 minutes.
