On a day when many NFL players knelt during the national anthem, the Bengals stood.

Players took a knee during the anthem across the league on Sunday in response to President Donald Trump’s criticism. Some teams did not take the field during the anthem.

The Bengals elected to stand together. Star receiver A.J. Green explained why, citing team unity.
