Otten to be named Coldwater football coach

Chip Otten has been chosen to replace John Reed as Coldwater’s head football coach. Otten will be named the Cavaliers coach at a school board meeting today, April 27.

The Otten family is entrenched at Coldwater. Chip Otten was an assistant coach there the last eight years and is a Coldwater grad. He also was the head coach at Middletown (1995-2000) and an assistant at Valley View (’01).
