New Hotel To Be Built Near UD

A new hotel is coming to the city of Dayton.

Crews will build the new four-story hotel on Edwin C. Moses Boulevard across the street from the University of Dayton sports complex.

It will be the first new hotel in Dayton since the early 80s.

The Courtyard Marriott is the latest addition to the multi-million dollar project that consists of five athletics venues, used by UD teams.
