Ohio State announced Tuesday it has added two more games to future football schedules.

Connecticut is set to visit Ohio Stadium for the first time Oct. 18, 2025.

According to the Connecticut department of athletics, Ohio State will pay the Huskies $1.95 million for the game rather than make a return visit to the Northeast.

That year Ohio State is also set to play Texas to open the season and play host to Washington, though one of those games being canceled or rescheduled would not be surprising because playing two nonconference games against Power 5 conference teams in the same season is unusual.

Tuesday also saw Ohio State announce a future game with Ball State in 2026.

That will be the season-opener (Sept. 5) and come a week before the Buckeyes play at Texas to complete a two-game home-and-home series.
