Ohio State football: J.K. Dobbins announces NFL Draft decision

In an entirely expected move, J.K. Dobbins has declared for the NFL Draft.

The junior running back who became the first Buckeye to crack the 2,000-yard mark in a season made the announcement Monday night.

“I will forever be a Buckeye,” he wrote in a note posted on Twitter.

Dobbins ran for 2,003 yards in 2019 and scored 21 touchdowns on the ground.

He also caught 23 passes for 247 yards and two more touchdowns.

The Texas native finished his career second on the career rushing list with 4,559 yards. Only Archie Griffin (5,589) has more.
