Coaches: Scott Nagy is 6-2 at Wright State and 416-242 in 22 seasons overall. Patrick Chambers is in his sixth year at Penn State and has a 77-94 record with one postseason appearance (2014 College Basketball Invitational). He was 42-28 in two seasons at Boston University before that, reaching the 2011 NCAA tournament.

About Wright State: The Raiders are playing their third road game this season. They beat Southern Illinois, 85-81, and lost to Georgia State, 81-74. … Benzinger averaged 8.6 points in the first five games and has averaged 25.3 in his last three. He's one of four starters shooting at least 40 percent on 3-pointers at 41.7, joining LaTulip (48.6), Steven Davis (44.0) and Mitchell (40.0). Alstork, who is 22nd nationally in scoring, isn't far behind (39.5). …The Raiders have averaged 15.5 turnovers, mostly because the roster lacks a true point guard. That has contribued to scoring droughts in games. Against Georgia State, they went four-plus minutes without a point in the first half and then scored just two in the first seven minutes of the second half. They also had a 10-minute scoreless spell against CSU Bakersfield and were blanked for five minutes against North Florida.

About Penn State: The Nittany Lions went 16-16 and 7-11 in the Big Ten last season. They're coming off a 67-60 home win over Georgia Tech in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Garner had 17 points and Watkins notched 12 points and 12 rebounds. … They're shooting 80.3 percent from the foul line but getting out-rebounded by four per game. … They've also beaten George Washington, Colgate, Duquesne and Grand Canyon, while losing to Duke, Cincinnati and Albany. … They're averaging 5,782 fans at home.
