• The Broncos lead 19-9 overall and 12-2 as the home team.

• The most recent meeting between the teams was Dec. 22, 2014, when the Bengals won 37-28 at Paul Brown Stadium. Cincinnati came from behind twice in the Monday night game thanks to big efforts by Jeremy Hill, who’s 85-yard touchdown run came one play after the Broncos took the lead on an Aquib Talib pick-6, and Dre Kirkpatrick, who intercepted Peyton Manning twice, returning the second one 30 yards for the game-clinching touchdown.

• The Bengals have lost nine straight at Denver, with the last victory there being a 17-16 triumph in 1975.

• Cincinnati is 2-0 against the Broncos on Monday Night Football. In addition to last year’s triumph, the Bengals won 23-10 at PBS in 2004.

• Denver was the opponent for the first game of the Marvin Lewis era, a 30-10 Broncos win at PBS on Sept. 7, 2003.

• The first regular-season home game and first victory in Bengals history was a 24-10 decision at Nippert Stadium on Sept. 15, 1968.
