Former wrestling star Ric Flair is in a medically induced coma at an Atlanta hospital as he is prepared to undergo surgery, celebrity site TMZ reports.

The 68-year-old wrestling legend was hospitalized Saturday morning. TMZ says the issue is related to his heart.

Soon after Flair was hospitalized, his representatives suggested that it was for “routine monitoring,” but more dire reports began emerging Monday morning.

Melinda Morris Zanoni, the CEO of the talent agency which represents Flair, Tweeted this:
