And perhaps Washington is not the only potential suitor for the Reds’ closer.
#Reds closer Raisel Iglesias also fits with #Rangers, who lead @MLB with 17 blown saves this year; Iglesias is under contract through 2020.

Iglesias is atop the short list of Cincinnati pitchers who’ve had fine seasons. In 34 games, he has forged an ERA of 1.59 with 15 saves and a 2-2 record. In 39.2 innings, he’s allowed just 21 hits, struck out 46 and walked 16.
Already, the thought of the 27-year-old Cuban right-hander departing is not making Reds fans happy.
...is someone like Iglesias NOT part of the #Reds rebuild? If you trade him then when do you ever get OUT OF rebuilding...? Makes zero sense https://t.co/BwP6B29PoY

And this:
Raisel Iglesias is someone the #Reds should be looking to build around ... unless the Nats offer Victor Robles.

Fans are no dummies. Given that the Reds have Iglesias under control through the 2020 season at friendly salaries (assuming he continues to pitch the way that he has) of $4.5 million, $5 million and $5 million over the next three seasons, he wouldn’t likely come (or go) cheaply to another team.
If Iglesias gets traded I would want a legit MLB ready, haul back for him #Reds
