Clouds will slowly break with slightly cooler air arriving, StormCenter 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.
Patchy fog is possible overnight, Elwell said, as temperatures fall into the lower 60s.
Saturday: Finally there is a break from the stormy weather pattern, though it will be brief. Mostly sunny skies are expected with temperatures rebounding into the lower to middle 80s. The UV Index will be high. Clouds increase Saturday night.
Sunday: Another storm system will move in, bringing a good chance for showers and storms. By late in the day, a few strong storms will be possible, especially west of Interstate 75. It will be muggy and warm with highs in the middle 80s.
Monday: Scattered storms will remain in the forecast. Some of the storms could be strong and contain locally heavy rainfall. It will be muggy and breezy with highs in the middle 80s.
Tuesday: Scattered thunderstorms remain likely. Outside of rain, skies will be partly sunny. It will remain breezy, warm and muggy with highs in the middle 80s.
Wednesday: Partly sunny skies are in the forecast. A few thunderstorms will remain possible, though less coverage is expected. Temperatures will remain warm with highs in the middle 80s.
